Why choose home visits instead of a cattery?

Most cats are happiest in their own home where everything smells familiar and their routine stays the same.

Will I receive updates?

Yes! You will receive photos and updates after every visit so you know how your cat is getting on.

Can you give medication?

Yes, where appropriate and agreed during the meet and greet.

What if my cat hides?

That’s perfectly normal. We will make sure they’re safe, leave fresh food and water, clean the litter tray and quietly encourage them if they’re feeling sociable.

How do I book?

Simply get in touch using the contact form or message directly via Facebook or Instagram.

What if I need to cancel?

Bookings may be cancelled at no extra charge, up to 7 days prior to visit.

Cancellations made 48 hours before visits start will incur a fee of 50% of total visit price.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before visits start will incur a fee of 100% of total visit price.

Do my pets need to be registered at a vet and vaccinated?

It is recommended that your cat is registered with a local vet in the unfortunate circumstance that they may require treatment while you are away and that vaccinations, flea and worm treatments are up to date to prevent contamination within other households.

Is a Meet and Greet Mandatory?

Yes, it is important as it allows a chance for us to meet your cat to alleviate some of the distress of having a stranger in their home. It will give us a chance to go over your cat’s routine and preferences – giving you peace of mind.

How and when will payment be made?

After booking you will receive a confirmation email.

Within 7 days of receiving confirmation email you will receive a further email with a QR code. This will redirect you to make a payment online.

Payment can be made via contactless during Meet and Greet.

Payment must be made up to 7 days prior to first visit.
